Quick delivery, tasty food
I got the Lamb Rogan Josh and some Saffron Rice delivered last Tuesday. It was my first time ordering from them. The online system was simple to use, very straightforward. It reached my place in Hyderabad in about 45 minutes, still hot. The lamb was tender, not too spicy. Portion size was decent for one person. Packaging was spill-proof, which is a plus. Would order again.
Decent meal, service could be faster
We tried the Chicken Tikka Masala and a couple of Cheese Naans for dinner last night. The food itself was quite good, nice flavor and the chicken wasn't dry. However, it took almost an hour and ten minutes for delivery to reach Bangalore, which felt a bit long for a weekday. The tracking system showed it was dispatched quickly, so maybe the delivery partner was slow. Customer service was polite when I called to check, but they couldn't speed it up. Value for money is fair, but quicker delivery would make it a better experience overall.

I ordered the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan again, picked it up myself. Took about 20 mins which is normal. The taste is consistently good, exactly what I expected from previous orders. No surprises.
